I'm trying to remove all black spot on rubber trim
I tried every method but nothing work out.
Let me know what will be the best thing to completely remove this oxidation

Is the trim truly rubber? If so I dealt with a similar situation before. All E85 BMWs have this rubber seal trim piece over the windshield. It's coated with something from the factory. Problem is, coating is poor, and half of it comes off and it looks like crap.
Finally I decided just to sand the coating off (wet sand) down to bare "rubber". I just coat it with Gummi Pfledge every so often. Looks a lot better now.

I don't have any before pics, but this is what it looks like after. Basics before the black was mottled and uneven looking.

For any photos? The BMW rubber coating was pretty tough and took quite a while to remove. I used APC and Tuff Shine Tire Cleaner (removes silicone dressings) to wet the rubber while sanding off the coating. I figured I would wither fix it or ruin it, and it worked great.
Once it was done, dry, and clean, it seemed to almost "drink up" the Gummi Pfledge.

Not sure if this will help you, but try out Meguiar's Ultimate Black trim restorer.
