follow up ? to Camaro detail

Hi,
so you put down the BFWetDiamond AFPP and got a great finish.
Then, after an appropriate wait for it to setup, the BF Midnight Sun
Ivory carnuba Paste is applied. As you mentioned, it has carnuba
AND special polymers to bond with the BFWDAFPP coat.

1. Does the Midnight Sun have as smooth a feel as the Wet Diamond?
I LOVE the incredible smooth feel of the Wet Diamoond finish.

2. Can a "pure" carnuba (no special polymers to bond with Wet Diamond)
be used or will it not stick/bond properly?
Specifically thinking of Collinite Marques D Elegance....????

1. The BFMS is not as smooth as BFWD. But the depth of the paint is amazing
2. Yes it can, but from what Todd told me, it just wont last as long. For example SSII can last up to 3 month on its own. But with BFWD it might not but you still will have protection from the BFWD.
