Your book is like a fine wine. The older the better. Maybe I should pick up several new copies now and sell them to collectors next year.

That's a copy handwritten by a toothless one-eyed monk (living in reclusion in a mountain in Asia but with access to the Internet) after having seen the light (that is, watch Mike's videos). The copy was then forwarded to Florida and stamped with Mike's seal of approval. Nick was the lucky recipient and after reading it, he is passing on the torch and selling it on Amazon (probably Max won't like it).
