Mothers Line Differences

I am curious if there are differences between the Mother's and Mother's California Gold Line. Specifically the chrome polish. I have a bottle of each just wondering if one is better than the other and the same for all the rest of the Mother's products that are in both lines. Thank you!

For 2013 we changed the shape ( from standard to inverted) and size of the bottle (from 8 to 12 ounces), and thickened the formula so it would work better with our Power line of tools.

At that time we changed the name from Chrome Polish to California Gold Chrome Polish.

It's the same basic product.

The same thing happened with PowerMetal (now California Gold Metal Polish).

The smaller 8 oz versions were discontinued at year end 2012.

Which other products were you referring to?

That's the only product I own like that. I just threw that out there so that if there were any other products that the same thing happened to people would be able to find the answer here. Thank you so much for your reply!
