Polishing paint is an art form...


This is something I wrote back in the early 1990's... in fact I wrote a book by this name and own a website by this name...

Polishing paint is an art form that requires not only the right products, pads and techniques but the human elements of care and passion. -Mike Phillips


This was in reference to mostly machine polishing but the same thing applies to polishing paint by hand.

Polishing paint isn't a grinding process and it's not a simple step 1, step 2, step 3 process. Just applying a series of products will work but it's the human elements of care and passion that can often times make the subtle difference between

I do full calisthenics and get full body rub down before I polish.
